Got me right in called when complete I am happy with the service dept. Your cashier should be able to bring up and print out shop tickets and other invoices at the customers request without the customer having to return to service writer or parts to have this done. I got what I needed a reprint of a shop ticket everything is fine and I will be back.
I was concerned over aa tire that wasn't sure why it out of the 4 always had a different reading and needed air. I was in Tulsa so I went to the dealership instead of a tire shop simply because I trusted the dealership because of past experiences with them. They found the problem and didn't charge me for their time.
Terry was a very good salesman and we finally got close to the price I knew was a fair price for both parties. I hate paying doc fees. I feel like if you can't afford to get the paper work done get out of the car business
Michael and the team got me in ahead of my appointment time. I asked if he could run my truck thru the wash to knock off the bugs after a trip. Next thing I know it is in the detail shop getting wiped down. Nice.
Jordan was very helpful and courteous. We have bought seven vehicles in the past 20 years and this was best experience with buying a vehicle. We felt no pressure with buying the vehicle and the dealership helped us stay within our budget. I have considered returning to buy a GMC Truck in the future based on the experience.
