Made appointment week before. Took 3 1/2 hours. Had to go find service person twice ask what was going on. Only one problem fixed. Had asked to put oil sensor in at the start, not done was told after truck was taken out of building would be 2 more hours . Also was told washer fluid not leaking....when I arrived home (12 miles) no washer fluid. This was after I was told no leaking! And was asked if I was putting " washer fluid in the proper hole" !! So 3 problems when I arrived ONLY 1 FIXED .

I went down there because I received a letter in the mail. I had no intention of buying anything, just killing some time. But the sales person want pushy and it was a good deal so I bought a GMC canyon 2019. Real happy

WE HAD A GREAT EXPIRENCE, IN AND OUT NO MUSS NO FUSS VERY POLITE AND COST WHAT THEY AID IT WAS GOING TO COST.. ONLY COMPLAINT IS WE GOT THE BG ADDITIVE AND THEY SET THE CHANGE FOR 5000, WE THOUGHT IT WAS 7500 WITH BG..
This process restored my faith in car dealerships, sales people and customer service. There are NO WORDS that will express my gratitude and satisfaction when it comes to Mark Allen. The guys that took care of me, were courteous, friendly, patient and so so very knowledgeable and answered the questions before I could even ask them. I have told everybody in my little town how impressed I am with this dealership and with my purchase!! I felt respected as a single mother and they pulled all the strings to help me get into a brand new vehicle. I give them more than 5 stars for sure.
Mark, Joe Cooper, and Scott are awesome people. They took relly good care of us. We told them what we wanted and they delivered. Scott even fed my four year old a sandwich while we waited and Joe kept an eye on her while we signed all the paper work. Thank you!
