Service tech failed to replace rubber lining properly after checking my 3rd brake light in the rear window. 1st time since purchase I have had any type of complaint. Customer service otherwise is and has always been exceptional. Cindy should be considered a valued employee. She is awesome!
Asked for a full check up, got no real report or paperwork, let alone an insight to any future issues to watch for. The front tires both had 30lbs of air... not sure why I would have to ask that I get the car back with air in the tires when it was supposed to be getting a full check up. The detail I paid $160 for was.... ok... like a C-. I mean the wheel wells still had dirt in them, just with oil sprayed on it.
Was greeted in the front by a young man who found the saleman I had been emailing. The salesman brought up the car I had come to view and then briefly excused himself to conclude the business he was wrapping up as I arrived unannounced. After my purchase, he suggested that I turn my rental in in Sapulpa instead of making a return as I planned and even followed to the car rental site with my new vehicle.
The inconvenience of being told it would take about 45 minutes when i called changing into we don't have a transmission guy on site when i get there was the frustrating part. the customer service was great.
It was probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a dealership buying a vehicle. Micheal, Robert, Shon and Billy were all extremely nice and accommodating during the process and patient while I made my decision on if I wanted to buy that day or not.
