This was my first time back at the dealership for service since buying my truck due to the distance from my residence in Owasso, OK. I was confused when entering the facility about which direction to go for service and did not see any signage. I went to the right of the building and had to turn around and go back around to the left side. I did notice once I got back around there was a small sign in the parking lot showing the service direction, but it was turned in a way that was not visible when pulling in. I believe the recall was performed but due to it being electronic I have no assurance of any setpoint changes. The customer waiting room could use some amenities and upgrades.
