They were quick to finish my oil change. When I went to pay they had the paper work ready and I told the receptionist that I had coupons she made the statement I will have to kill another tree. Didn't care what she had to do, just not something I would say to customer.

Michael Lusnak was an awesome salesman I told him right up front my situation with my credit, and I didn’t want no run around, and he really did a great job getting us in something I really appreciate it. Also Scott Connell really worked hard to get us the best interest rate he could and I really appreciate it. Two really great guys to deal with they are number 1 in my book.

The two times prior to this, the incorrect mileage was put in the window for the net oil change. (10,000 miles off). This time I had to ask for the additive MOA after they said the vehicle was ready. I also have a scraping sound on the drivers door when opened wide. I asked that it be lubed and looked at. When the vehicle was returned it was parked in the exit area where I couldn't open the door wide enough to see if it had been lubed. I left and went to Harbor Freight, opened the door, and the scraping sound was still there and it had not been lubed.
