Rick is always very pleasant. But, having been a Service Advisor at a Ford/Lincoln dealership, I expect to be contacted when the part comes in for a warranty repair, not be told to call back an check. Also, I sent him an email inquiring about status, and never received a reply. Why hand out business cards with a direct email address if messages are not replied to?
